Matthew Peters joined BEI Services in May of 2002 as Systems Programmer. Since that time, he’s been promoted to Chief Technology Officer where he oversees all information systems resources and development for BEI.

Debbie has been with BSC since 2011. She is extremely productive in a high volume, multitask environment, has strong organizational skills and the attention to detail needed to keep projects on track. Her ability to influence and motivate others is essential in her project management role.

Brett Sisell joined BEI Services in March of 2014 as a Junior Web Developer. As a Computer Science student at Winona State University, Brett focused his studies not only on professional Software Engineering practices but also Usability, User Experience, and Human Factors Psychology.

Jeremy joined BEI Services in June of 2016 as a member of the development team. He graduated from the University of Minnesota -Twin Cities where he studied Computer Science as well as German, Scandinavian & Dutch Studies. Jeremy was introduced to computer science through an elective course while in his original area of study, Mathematics.

Sam Elfstrom joined BEI Services in January of 2018 as a PHP Web Developer. He graduated from Northern Michigan University where he studied Mobile and Web Application Development as well as Information Systems. Sam was a five-year red shirt student-athlete as a member of the Varsity Nordic Ski team. He followed his father into the computer science field.
