Training & Support Manager
Stacey Romak joined NEXERA (Formerly BEI Services) as a Customer Care Specialist in November of 2010. Since that time she has been providing training and support to all NEXERA customers. Stacey makes it her goal to ensure each NEXERA customer has a positive experience and receives the individual attention needed to get the most out of our exclusive solution suite.
Stacey brings many years of experience working within the Office Equipment industry. She started as a Service Coordinator for Future Digital Imaging where she managed day-to-day operations. She then accepted a position as a Training Specialist for MWA Intelligence where she gained extensive experience working with dealerships to improve their Service Department performance. Stacey graduated Cum Laude from Colorado State University with a degree in Speech Communication.
